Our signature project: the grade ii listed estate

Our current flagship project, a majestic 300-year-old Grade II listed building set within 19 acres near Ashford, Kent, truly defines our capabilities. The most fascinating challenge has been meticulously crafting new landscapes while preserving the natural beauty and historical integrity of the land and house. We are immensely proud of maintaining its original charm whilst introducing contemporary elegance. Keep an eye out for its grand completion in June this year, and our exciting glamping woods conversion planned for late 2026/early 2027.
